Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Upon termination for breach, ph785 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, ph785 may forfeit the withheld balance. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance attributable to the player's own deposits (net of voided winnings) will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
